All orders will be posted by Australia Post, Standard Post
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 business days after payment is received. Postage charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered, as well as your state and postcode.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Plant Based Foods Australia, we’re committed to providing high-quality, ethical products that we know you’ll love. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you with returns.
Our Refund & Returns Policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law. We accept returns for faulty or defective products, provided you can present a receipt as proof of purchase. We won't accept change of mind and/or opened items.
Please note, we may not offer a refund or exchange if the fault is due to misuse or neglect.
If the item is faulty, we’re happy to assist with a refund or exchange, subject to availability. Just speak with one of our friendly team members for help.
Returns must be made within 7 days, with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price and in the same payment method as the original transaction. Plant Based Foods Australia is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.
